                Every company that is build is based on many objectives that will guide them to succeed in the business that they are involved with. The objective of our company is to be the leading company in photography industry. Our companies will also updating a new way in photography industry that focused on 3D technology. The biggest objective of all is to become the leading company in 3D technology in Malaysia. These objectives will guide us to succeed in this industry.

-Mission
                All things that we do or conduct must have a mission. For us, our mission is to introduce more detail 3D technology in photography to public in Malaysia. This is because not all people in Malaysia know about this new branch of photography industry. We will also take advantages of the fast growing 3D technology that explode throughout the world. The most important things are to give an excellent and efficient service to our customer to obtain the 100% customers satisfaction. This is our pleasure on involving our company in photography industry.

-Keys to success
                To be the best among the best in this industry, we must always hold on to the concept of “customers are always right”. This is to ensure that we will achieve our mission on gaining the 100% customers satisfaction.       We will also need to provide a high quality service in professional way to the customer. Our service also will provide a professional photographer with an artistic minding to ensure that the customer will obtain the best and high quality picture that same goes to their expectations. A class on photography will also be held to give some extra knowledge to talented youngsters that are interested in photography.

                This company was established on 2010 based on the idea of Arif Shah. This company is a partnership with Arif Shah Photography that fully owned by ArifAzali Sales and Services. Starting with partnership with KhairilAnuar B Yusof, MohdFikri B Loso and MohdSyafiq B UdaYahaya. The three partnership with share of 40%,20%,20%20%.

                For our premise location we plan to open a shop somewhere in Seri Manjung because it is one of the most populated areas around here which could promise a good site for customer to come. Due to its high capacity of residents and community, our business can run with high profit due to increase in demand of our services. On top of that, we also available to take request from other area such Sitiawan, Lumut, Kg Koh, Kg Acheh, Air Tawar and other area near to Seri Manjung. 

-Product and Service Description
                The main products and services of our company will cover basically from photography to event management such wedding ceremony, official ceremony and small events. Our company can be very common to other company which provides the same products and services, but we take the opportunity of advancement in technology 3D technology to provide the alternate products and services to the customer. 3D photography is one of the most fast growing industries.
 Our company will provide the 3D photography with a package of event management. It is included the service of event planning so that it will easy for the customer to go in one place that provide both of the needed of the event. The cost for our package will be much more expensive due to the early technologies which are very expensive at early stage. Below are some of our costing for our products and services.

We also include the 3D video for the events such as wedding and graduation day. It will give the satisfied to the customers that want to review the event that very valuable to them in 3D. From our research we found that many of our customers wants us to make videos for their event instead of photos. Hence, we decided to make video making service which we provide the customer from 2D video to 3D video package. Below are some of early prices for our video package.

-Competitive Comparisons
                From the angle of competitive, based on our research and observation we found that there are no other photography companies that provide services and products like us. We are ensured that our competitive will be less and the risk of losses will be reduced. Moreover, the 3D video technology which available nowadays allow us to make event video in 3D view and once again, we are the only company which have these technology to provide for our customers. On top of that, not just our photography service will be less competitive, our event management services also will take lower risk due to package all-in-one which provide by us. From the previous research and observation, we also uncover that there is also no companies which provide a best package which includes photography, event management and event video for events like wedding and graduation day.

-Sales Literature
                From our observation and complex calculation, in our first month, approximately we will get around RM 5000. This is because this technology is still new and still in promotion. In our second month, approximately we will get around RM 10,000 due to highly demand from customer. Then, in our third month, we will get RM 20,000 which is double from the second month. Photography in 3D technology world is highly demand.

-Technology

                3D technologyis a motion picture that enhances the illusion of depth perception. Derived from stereoscopic photography, a special motion picture camera system is used to record the images as seen from two perspectives (or computer-generated imagery generates the two perspectives), and special projection hardware and/or eyewear are used to provide the illusion of depth when viewing the film. We also include pictures some of our equipment which we use in our company.
3D technology is divided into 3 parts;

1)     Anaglyph

Anaglyph images were the earliest method of presenting theatrical 3-D. In an anaglyph, the two images are superimposed in an additive light setting through two filters, one red and one cyan. In a subtractive light setting, the two images are printed in the same complementary colours on white paper. Glasses with colored filters in each eye separate the appropriate images by cancelling the filter colour out and rendering the complementary colour black.

 

2)     Polarization

To present a stereoscopic motion picture, two images are projected superimposed onto the same screen through different polarizing filters. The viewer wears low-cost eyeglasses which also contain a pair of polarizing filters oriented differently. As each filter passes only that light which is similarly polarized and blocks the light polarized differently, each eye sees a different image. This is used to produce a three-dimensional effect by projecting the same scene into both eyes, but depicted from slightly different perspectives. Since no head tracking is involved, the entire audience can view the stereoscopic images at the same time.

 

3)     Interference filter technology

Dolby 3D uses specific wavelengths of red, green, and blue for the right eye, and different wavelengths of red, green, and blue for the left eye. Eyeglasses which filter out the very specific wavelengths allow the wearer to see a 3D image. This technology eliminates the expensive silver screens required for polarized systems such as Real D, which is the most common 3D display system in theatres. It does, however, require much more expensive glasses than the polarized systems. It is also known as wavelength multiplex visualization.

 


-Future Products and Services

4-D film technology(sometimes written 4D film) is a marketing term that describes an entertainment presentation system combining a 3-D film with physical effects in the theatre, which occur in synchronization with the film. Because the physical effects are expensive to set up, 4-D films are usually presented only at special venues such as theme parks, amusement parks, party, and wedding. Some of the effects simulated in 4-D films include rain, wind, strobe lights, and vibration. The use of water sprays and air jets is also common.


-Market Segmentation


                From the pie chart, we had seen that most of our customers come from Sri Manjung and Sitiawan. We got 45% of our customers are from Sri Manjung which are the most of it. The second on the list were from Sitiawan which states 30% from the overall customers. From Lumut and Kg Koh, we got 8% and 10% while customers from Ayer Tawar and Lekir we got 4% and 3%. All of this value was based on the geographic, demographic, socio-economic and lifestyle factors. Geographically, Sri Manjung and Sitiawan are nearer to our studio which is in Sri Manjung. Lekir, Ayer Tawar and Kg Koh are far from our studio which affects the customers to choose other company as their photographer. Not just that, Sri Manjung and Sitiawan population are a lot more than Lekir, Ayer Tawar and Kg Koh. This is also affects the number of customers. Furthermore, the socio-economic of people in Sri Manjung and Sitiawan are a lot better than the other region. This is because the total income of an average household was RM5000.00. That’s make our service affordable to them. Besides that, Sri Manjung and Sitiawan people lifestyle are wilder than the other region.

                From our research we have done in Sri Manjung and Sitiawan, we have found that most of the populations here want to hire a professional photographer for many occasions. Sri Manjung and Sitiawan are the most growing city in Perak due to increasing of job opportunity which increases the people needs and social economy. -Market Trends
                Previously, we have found that the social economy and market demands in Sri Manjung and Sitiawan are increasing and so does the market trends. From our observations, nowadays it is become a trend to have a photographer in every event or occasions. Furthermore, event or occasions now mostly hire the professionals to handle and manage the event. Such examples, in wedding it is become a trend for the bride and groom to hire professional photographer, catering, and band for their wedding. So does in photography it is becoming a trend for event to have a photographer in every occasion. We found that, the photographer needs is mostly by the wedding and solemnization. It is therefore, the market trends in Sri Manjung and Sitiawan is changing overtime and give us an opportunity to cease these changes to become our profit.

-Market Growth
                From our research that we have done in market needs and market trends, we have seen that the business we get into can be grow into larger and more profitable than earlier. From the market trends and market needs we found that this business is becoming a demanding service among citizen thus making the business becoming more growing and stable. We can conclude that the market growth of this business is growing and the market can grown into more isolated area such Lekir, Ayer Tawar, Lumut and Beruas. Therefore this business is one of the profitable and promising business in these area.

In most of the photography industry in the world, the most participant that joining this industry is the people in very young age which is around 20 and 30 years old. Below is the pie chart of the participant that joining in this industry. From our research we have found that this field is mostly joint by the teenage by age 18 – 25. We have found that this field is mostly done by the teenagers as part time jobs because it is easy and enjoyable works. Only a few percentages of adults doing the photography field. Mostly, they only open shops like us. This shows that the business we brought can become profitable due to few of industry participant.

 
-Competitions and buying patterns.
                Based on our research that have done by our group, we investigating on how our competitors on selling their services to the customers. From our observations, we have found that our competitors mostly make a lot of packages such bundling services such photographing, picture editing, and other services into one price. This is clear that this buying pattern is the common patterns used by all of our competitors by giving lower price with more offer of services. Furthermore, we also observed that some of our competitors also providing with extra service to any customer which used their services. This also is one of the buying patterns that the photographer used to pull more customers to their shops. Lastly, we found that some of the competitors also even provide free gifts to their customer upon using their services. This is clear to be one of the tactics of buying pattern used by salesman to attract customer. From the observation we made, we have decided to make used these tactics and make a new tactics for our own buying patter. We will provide the customer with the offer sales of opening by providing much lower price of bundle services than other competitors. We also will provide with extra services and extra gifts to first and loyal customers of us. For our add up, we will provide the customers with much more comfortable accommodation at our shops by providing free drinks to wait before being serve by us. This is surely will attract more customers to our shops due to comfortable and nice accommodation provided by us.

-Main Competitors

There is no fun when no competitors in a most of business field. In this industry, there are a lot of photographers in Sri Manjung and Sitiawan based in our research. Most of photographer is such areas are private photographers which make this industry as their side income. From our research on industry participant, we found that private photographers were among students and part time jobs. The shops open on photographing mostly only the common shops selling cameras, print pictures and take photos for passports and only open in small scale. This is clear that we can overcome our competitors easily by our long term of research and preparations.

Our company headquarter are at Sri Manjung which are nearer to Sitiawan, Lekir, Kg Koh, Lumut and Ayer Tawar. This will give us advantages because Manjung district populations are about 100,000 people. Based on that, our company headquarters that are at Sri Manjung make our customers At Manjung district easy to stop by and make evaluation on our service that had been provided. The nearer your place to your customers, the happier they will be to come and stop by to our company.  

             -Pricing strategy
                Our company provide reasonable price for our services based on several packages due to customers’ needs. Based on our product and services description, we provide seven types of packages which affordable and reasonable to the customer economy, status and needs. We provide the cheapest services with high quality services comparing to the other competitors which provide expensive package but with low quality and time. Due to the usage of high technology equipment, we can provide our customers with far more better quality then other competitors, fast services and more reasonable then other competitors can provided. The cheapest price of the packages is worth RM 500.00. While, based on our observation, competitors provided RM 1500.00 with low quality. This shows that our company provided far better pricing strategy then other company. This strategy provided us advantages against other competitors in pricing strategy.

           -Promotion strategy
 For the promotion strategy, our company provides the best promotion available in Sri Manjung, Sitiawan, and Lumut. We provide 7 different packages for our valuable customer. Our services based on photographic. We provide common photographic solution for most customers, but we are the only one provide our customer with 3D photographic. From the product and services descriptions, the first package we provide consists of 2D and 3D photographic services. The customers can choose whether they want 2D or 3D picture snaps in their events. Secondly, we also provide our customer event management along with 2D or 3D picture snap. We provide exclusive packages which bring benefits to our customers because, this package reduce the costs for event management and picture snap account as bundle which lower price compare the customers hire separated service provider for event management and picture snap. This clearly that our promotion is the best available. Lastly, we also provide 2D or 3D video recording for the customer’s event. We provide the customer with videos for their event such weeding event, memorial event and etc. For addition, we also provide discount or gifts for our customer which loyal to us based on how frequent they use our services.

   -Marketing programs
        The strategy in our marketing, we provide packages with suits to our customer’s economic, status, and such. This entire package had its own sort of value which are affordable to everyone. Due to the reasonable price of our services, this also reasonable price will encourage people to use our services. We also provide class for those who are interested in photographic arts. From this class, outside people will notice about the existence of our company and will eventually take part in the photographic class or to use one of our services. Not just that, we also provide event management alongside our photography service. This kind of package is new in the photographic industry.
